Cet enchev\u00eatrement disciplinaire prend en compte \u00e9galement les usages actuels et \u00e0 venir, ainsi que le v\u00e9cu des habitants avec les <strong>ambiances visuelles, sonores, olfactives, tactiles et gustatives<\/strong>.<br><br>Ce projet lyonnais a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de regrouper la recherche scientifique et les m\u00e9tiers de la planification pour concevoir des espaces coh\u00e9sifs, de respiration, de pause pour les citadins, mais aussi de lieux de productions \u00e9conomiques et d\u2019accueil de m\u00e9tiers agricoles r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Dans la temporalit\u00e9 de la th\u00e8se, l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9aliser un diagnostic<\/strong> local et \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9finir une faisabilit\u00e9<\/strong> afin de <strong>produire un cahier des charges pour un concours <\/strong>de ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre destin\u00e9 aux \u00e9quipes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es lors d\u2019un appel d&rsquo;offres. Ce cahier des charges a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme un <strong>guide m\u00e9thodologique<\/strong> qui a pour vocation d\u2019aider, d\u2019orienter, d\u2019accompagner et d\u2019enrichir la r\u00e9flexion des concepteurs pour r\u00e9aliser un projet innovant et initiateur. Cent-dix candidatures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es et seulement trois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues pour participer au concours. Chacun des projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attentivement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour \u00e9lire finalement un laur\u00e9at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
